When buying products at Món Ngon, you can rest assured about the quality of the product, Món Ngon commits to refunding you 100% if the product is not as committed by the company listed on the website or when receiving the product not as pictured. A. REGULATIONS ON RETURNING GOODS

Upon receipt of goods, the buyer should check the goods with the delivery staff. If it is found that the goods are damaged, broken, broken… the buyer has the right to refuse to receive the goods. After receiving and paying for the goods, the goods cannot be exchanged or returned due to the specific nature of the product.

B. POLICY OF EXCHANGE/RETURN OF GOODS & REFUND

Exchange/return & refund policy

  1. Products that can be exchanged/returned.

  • Expired products.

  • Products with color and taste changes due to Món Ngon’s fault

  • Products can only be exchanged or returned within 7 days from when customers receive products from Món Ngon.

  1. Instructions for exchanging/returning goods - refunding.

Step 1: To exchange or return a product, please notify Hotline 0919 340 039 about the product status to be specifically instructed by Món Ngon staff.

Step 2: Please bring the product with order information to Món Ngon office to exchange or return goods. In case customers are not convenient or cannot come directly to Món Ngon office, please pack the product and send it by post to Món Ngon office address. Receiving address: 18 Tran Thien Chanh, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City

Step 3: Crown Nest will retrieve the product and exchange a new product with the same order for customers if that error is due to Crown Nest (not including shipping fee) for customers.

Note: Processing time for exchanging/returning goods within 2 working days.
